Most women are taught to build the business first, the strategy, the income, the visibility and then "figure themselves out" along the way. That order is backwards. When the woman is underdeveloped, the business becomes a pressure cooker. Money exposes unhealed patterns. Growth amplifies emotional decison-making. Visibility magnifies insecurity rather than confidence and what looks like a business problem is often an identity problem. This work is not about becoming someone new but removing what was never structurally sound and reinforcing what already exist, so when the business grows, the woman doesn't collapse under it.
